basa29 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the basa29 website, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated software made available to Members.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has completed the basa29 registration process and whose account has been approved.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile held by a Member on the basa29 Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the virtual balance held within a Member's Account denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free spins value, or incentive credit added to a Member's Account by basa29.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to deposits made by a Member into their Wallet via approved payment channels.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be turned over before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any ambiguity arising from a translation or communication in another language, the English-language version shall take precedence in all circumstances.

2.1 Age Requirement

The basa29 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. basa29 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the lifecycle of a Member's account. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all associated Real Money Funds will be returned where practicable, and any Bonus Funds or winnings generated will be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register a basa29 account, Members must provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid Bangladeshi mobile telephone number. Members warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent update is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

• Each individual may hold only one (1) basa29 account at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be created on behalf of a third party or for any commercial, business, or syndicate purpose without the prior written consent of basa29.
• Accounts must not be used by any person other than the registered Member.
• Members must promptly notify basa29 of any changes to their registered information, including change of mobile number.

2.3 Identity Verification

basa29 may at any time, and at its sole discretion, request that a Member provide documentation to verify their identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by basa29 may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

basa29 currently accepts the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladeshi Members:

• bKash (personal wallet only — merchant accounts are not accepted)
• Nagad
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking)
• Upay

basa29 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of material changes through in-platform announcements.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit unless a Member has voluntarily applied a deposit limit through the Responsible Gaming centre. Deposits are credited to the Member's Wallet in Bangladeshi Taka and are not subject to currency conversion fees by basa29. Processing times are typically under sixty seconds for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions, though delays attributable to the payment provider's own systems are outside basa29's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once the Member's account has been verified in accordance with clause 2.3. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. basa29 aims to process all withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, BST UTC+6). Requests submitted outside operating hours will be queued and processed upon the next available processing window.

basa29 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before approving any withdrawal request that is unusually large, inconsistent with the Member's prior gaming behaviour, or flagged by the platform's fraud detection systems. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested and processing timelines may be extended.

4.4 Dormant Account Fee

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. basa29 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts. Members will be notified by registered contact details prior to any fee being applied. Members may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any pending verification requirements.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by basa29, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, daily deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotional credits, are subject to the specific terms published for each individual promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of thirty (30) times the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
• When a Member's Wallet contains both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds are wagered first.
• Bonus Funds may only be used for gaming activity on the basa29 Platform and may not be transferred, gifted, or exchanged for cash directly.
• basa29 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through duplicate accounts, coordinated play, use of automated tools, or any strategy designed to generate risk-free profit from promotional funds constitutes bonus abuse. Upon detection of bonus abuse, basa29 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them, suspend or close the Member's account, and recover any withdrawn funds that were obtained as a result of the abuse.

5.3 Free Spins

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion carry a fixed monetary value per spin as stated in the relevant offer. Winnings from free spins are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the promotion. Free spins have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.

6.1 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the basa29 Platform — including slots, live baccarat, blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and crash games — operate under the rules defined by the respective game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing a wager. Results produced by certified random number generation software are final and not subject to appeal.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on the basa29 Platform — covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports — are governed by the settlement rules published within each market at the time of bet placement. The following general rules apply:

• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided due to match abandonment, postponement, or other qualifying events will be refunded at stake value.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's real-time odds and availability. basa29 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point without notice.
• Where a manifest pricing error is identified — including but not limited to odds substantially inconsistent with the true market probability — basa29 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.
• Settlement of all sports markets is conducted in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

6.3 System Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game or betting event, basa29 will investigate and determine the appropriate resolution. Where a game round cannot be fully reconstructed or verified, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned. Winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed system error are not payable and will be reversed.

7.1 Data Collection and Use

basa29 collects and processes personal data provided by Members in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and platform use. Personal data is used solely for the purposes of operating the basa29 Platform, preventing fraud, complying with applicable obligations, and communicating with Members about their accounts or relevant promotional offers. basa29 does not sell Member data to third parties.

7.2 Marketing Communications

By registering an account, Members consent to receiving transactional communications (account confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts) via their registered mobile number. Members may opt in to receive promotional communications at the point of registration or through their account settings. Promotional communications may be withdrawn at any time by contacting support or updating account preferences.

7.3 Security

basa29 applies SSL encryption across all data transmitted between the Member's device and the platform's servers. While basa29 takes commercially reasonable measures to protect Member data and account integrity, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. Members are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to enable any available two-factor authentication features on their account.

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, basa29 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Member's use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of winnings due to technical failure outside basa29's reasonable control, or loss of data. basa29's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.2 Amendments to These Terms

basa29 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Members will be notified via in-platform announcement or registered contact details at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless earlier implementation is required by applicable law or to prevent ongoing harm to the platform or its Members. Continued use of the basa29 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with basa29's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between basa29 and the Member with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements whether oral or written. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
